Lens AI is a product of Thought Industries, Inc. ("Thought Industries", "we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use the Lens AI website, dashboard, and embeddable widget (collectively, the "Services").

Sources of this information are you, your device and browser as you use the Site, and our service providers and marketing partners. We use it for purposes described above. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that require a right to limit. To opt out of sale or sharing, use the footer link or enable Global Privacy Control. You may use an authorized agent to submit requests. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
Other US State Residents
Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws have rights to make certain requests related to their personal data. How to Exercise Your Rights

We will verify your request using information we hold or by requesting more information from you as necessary, respond within the timeframes required by applicable law, and, where the law allows, may charge a fee or decline manifestly unfounded or excessive requests. You may designate an authorized agent to act for you with proof of authorization. If we decline a request, we will explain why, and where the law provides an appeal or complaint route we will tell you how to use it.
8. Third Party Links and Services
The Site links to and embeds third-party websites and services, such as video players, form and marketing tools, and social media. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. Their handling of your information is governed by their own policies, which we encourage you to review.

Where permitted, we may send you marketing about our products, events, and content. You can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us. We will still send you service or transactional messages related to your requests.
